The need for all of us to be involved becomes evident when we begin to think about what it will take to build the community center. This project is far too great for just a few families to undertake. We are going to need the commitment and support of every person in order to achieve the dream.

Now it’s everyone’s turn to make an investment into SoulRio and the community that has the potential to change the eternal destiny of thousands of people throughout New Mexico and the world.

4 Ways to Give

• Give a cash gift: Ask God for creative ways to increase your gift. You might consider income from savings, tax refunds, garage sales, inheritance, bonuses, an extra part-time job, reducing expenses, deferring major purchases, etc. Involve your whole family in raising a specific amount and give as much as possible as an act of worship to God.
• Give a 36-month commitment: You can give far more when it is spread out over time. The Bible teaches that your faith and spiritual maturity develops through sacrificial and faithful giving. Make a habit of consistent and sacrificial giving.
• Give a gift in-kind: If you own a business or have skills, goods, or services, that can assist SoulRio in any way, you may be able to donate to this project and possibly benefit from tax advantages through your gift in-kind giving. Please see your tax advisor for more information.
• Give a gift of assets: You can give real estate, stocks, bonds, coins, jewelry, gold, cars, boats, etc. This is a valuable way to leverage your giving to the direct work of ministry and take full advantage of the available tax benefits the IRS allows. How To Make Your Commitments

Attached to this brochure is a commitment card. After prayerful consideration about your part in “In the Zone,” please follow these steps to make your commitments:

1. DETERMINE GOD’S WILL: Determine the commitment God is leading you to make during this 36-month faith journey. Give prayerful consideration to what God desires from you and make your commitment accordingly, using the attached commitment card. Utilize the Family Meeting Guide as a tool to discern what God is leading you to do personally and as a family.
2. FILL OUT YOUR COMMITMENT CARD: Write down the amount of your commitment that you will be able to give as your initial cash gift offering. Then using the giving chart on your commitment card, write down the amount you commit in faith to give during the next 36 months.
3. BRING YOUR CARD ON COMMITMENT SUNDAY – March 11: As an act of worship, bring your commitment indicating what you have determined God has led you to do through “In the Zone.” No commitments will be made public and all information will remain confidential.
